Return Policy

Standard Return Policy

• Return authorization must be approved in writing before any return will be processed
• Return for refund within: 30 days
• Return for replacement within: 30 days
• Restocking Fee: minimum 35% of MSRP

30 days to return a product from date of receipt for purchases made on products purchased only from BPI Color. Items must be compatible to plotters that BPI Color currently supports or that BPI Color currently inventories/supplies HP and Xerox.

All items will require a minimum 35% of MSRP re-stocking fee. Actual amount will depend on condition of product at the time of return.

All credits only to be applied to the customer’s account – no exceptions.

Any damage claims must be substantiated with pictures of original packaging, shipping label, product serial # (when available) and pictures of the damaged product.

BPI Color is not responsible for damage that occurs during delivery when not in BPI Color’s control.
