Our newly promoted Service Manager brings 27 years of printing industry expertise, with 17 of those years dedicated to BPI Color. After a brief two-year hiatus, Tom rejoined us as a Service Technician, bringing with him a degree in Applied Sciences for Electronics and extensive IT experience.
His deep knowledge of printers, electronics, and IT makes him an invaluable asset to both our clients and team. Tom’s team is responsible for servicing all PrintWise, MPS, and Service Agreement printers for our clients as well as our in-house equipment. His commitment to excellence has earned our service department high praise for going above and beyond.
