Who can signup and how?
Any type of business in need of wide-format printing can sign up as a PrintWise member. Our system works great for architectural, engineering, construction, and other design industries. Especially those who undergo varying levels of reviews and have a need for on-demand document updates and revisions.
You can sign up by contacting any of our locations or using our contact form online.
How does the process work?
One of our PrintWise representatives will perform a complimentary assessment. They will recommend the equipment that best fits your needs and provide information regarding the additional benefits PrintWise can offer your team and business.
How much will my monthly payment be?
You will pay one fixed payment with a nominal printing charge.
There will be no surprise bills or unexpected charges.

How do trade-ins work
You will not have to worry about how you’re going to get rid of an outdated printer. It will be worked into your PrintWise program and we will remove it from your facility.
What brands of printers do you carry?
HP is our feature line of wide-format printers. We offer other trusted brands in wide-format printing as well. You can request more information from one of our friendly account managers.
Can I upgrade my printer?
Absolutely! We allow our clients to upgrade their machines. Please contact one of our PrintWise representatives to find out more about the upgrade process.
What are partner benefits?
PrintWise partners receive special pricing on color graphics, signage, and print materials for their projects. More details are available by speaking with your PrintWise representative.
How is the printer delivered and installed?
Your PrintWise representative will work with you to set up a time to deliver, install, and set-up your printer at no additional charge.
Who sets up network, file sharing, and remote features?
Our service team will assess your needs and work with any IT professional of your choice or on your staff to ensure network, file sharing, and remote features are set up and working properly.
How do I receive ink and paper?
We prefer you fill out a supply request directly on our website. We will deliver the supplies to your business. They are provided at no additional cost to you.
How do I request service?
You can fill out the Service Request form on our website. Our dedicated service team responds to online service requests in 20 minutes or less.
For emergencies or immediate assistance, you can contact any of our BPI Color locations and we will dispatch a repair technician immediately to your request.
Who is responsible for the cost of parts?
PrintWise includes proactive regular maintenance, repairs, and updates at no additional charge. This also includes the cost of parts.
What kind of training is provided?
Our staff will train you on how to change ink and paper and perform routine tasks. They will also provide guidance on how to use advanced features that will benefit your team’s productivity and efficiency.
What happens if my printer breaks down?
We understand that our PrintWise clients often operate in a world surrounded by deadlines. We guarantee 100% uptime using a variety of methods. If your printer breaks down, you have the entire BPI Color fleet of wide-format printers at your disposal. We will print any documents on-demand and deliver them directly to your office or location you request. During that time we will work to repair your printer, and if necessary, replace it all together.
