What types of printer cartridges do You Carry?
We offer only genuine HP, Xerox, KIP, and Canon cartridges.
Do you refill print cartridges?
We do not refill print cartridges, nor do we recommend using them.
What are the dangers of using off-brand or refilled cartridges?
- Streaks and Smudges: Refilled cartridges might not provide the same quality of ink distribution, resulting in streaks, smudges, or inconsistent print quality.
- Color Accuracy: Ink refills may not match the original specifications affecting color accurace.
- Cartridge Leaks: Refilled cartridges can sometimes leak, causing ink to spill inside the printer and possibly causing damage.
- Printer Damage: Some printers are designed to work best with the manufacturer’s cartridges. Using refilled cartridges can cause wear and tear on the printhead and other components and cause printer malfunctions.
- Compatibility Issues: Refilled cartridges may not fit as precisely as original ones, leading to improper seating, connection issues or not recognizing the cartridge.
- Warranty Void: Many printer manufacturers void the warranty if non-original cartridges are used.
- Ink Levels Detection: Some printers use smart chips to detect ink levels and may not recognize refilled cartridges accurately.
- Clogged Printheads: Refilled ink can sometimes cause printheads to clog more easily, leading to maintenance problems and potential damage to the printhead.

How long does it take to fulfill a supply order?
We have many types of inks, paper, and toner on hand for same day service. If we do not have your item in stock we can order it and will give you an ETA for pick-up or delivery.
Can you fill any brand of ink and toner?
We carry ink and toners for HP, Canon, KIP, Xerox, Oce ColorWave, and Konicka Minolta machines.
