Came to Us
Thuli Tables, a manufacturer of premium chiropractic tables, came to BPI Color after being dissatisfied with a previous vendor’s print quality and process.
Their existing solution involved layering printed graphics with white cut vinyl—an inefficient and imprecise workaround that made alignment difficult and compromised the final look.
Seeking a more reliable, professional outcome, Peter Thuli found BPI Color online and reached out for a better solution.
How We Did It
Using our advanced wide-format equipment and white ink printing capabilities, we produced second-surface prints on a marine-rated clear vinyl—perfect for the application.
Each print takes just 10 minutes and can be sewn directly onto the tables by the client, eliminating the need to bring the tables on-site.
By sourcing the right material and leveraging our in-house technology, we delivered a clean, consistent solution that not only met expectations, but opened the door for similar applications in the future.
